Delivering more: Hannecard adds in-house truck to strengthen pickup and delivery service

At Hannecard Roller Coatings (HRC), customer service doesn’t start when a roll arrives at our facility, and it doesn’t end when the coating work is finished.

Getting rollers to us and back to your dock safely and on schedule is part of the job. That’s why we’ve added our own truck to HRC’s transportation capabilities, giving customers a more flexible and dependable option for pickups and deliveries.

More control over pickup and delivery scheduling

The biggest benefit of an in-house truck is flexibility. While we still plan to work with third-party carriers, HRC can now handle certain shipments directly and coordinate pickup and delivery times around your needs.

We’ll continue to work with outside freight carriers when it makes sense. Having our own truck simply gives us another option, and more ways to respond when your schedule calls for it.

Better protection, fewer freight claims

Rollers are precision components, and damage in transit can mean costly delays. HRC has found that a dedicated truck reduces freight claims. Covered transport, fewer handoffs and careful handling all help your rolls arrive in the condition they should.
